If you'd asked me a week ago I was very worried that McCain was going to win by lying through his teeth the way Bush did. He's still lying but it's not working any more. I think his campaign is totally screwed and he's running scared. This financial meltdown was going to happen at some point due to the almost 30 year binge of deregulation (by successive Republican as well as Democratic administrations and congresses) but for the sake of our sickly democracy it couldn't have happened at a better time. We need a debate now about economic justice. We do not need McCain and Obama postponing a debate so that they can come back to Washington and bail out a bunch of swindlers at our expense. If they're going to bail out anybody it should be people who are having a hard time now. And health care for all as well. Certainly you could do that with $700 billion.
And when is the vice presidential debate going to be? I can't wait for that one, if the Republicans dare to allow it that is.
wow that transcript was nauseating, I'll be waiting for "the eye-rack" to come out of her mouth.
